Properties:
IOTA-960 is a mixture of di(1,3- propanediol) bis(ethyl acetoacetate) titanium
and methyltrimethoxysilane. IOTA-960 is a yellow to orange liquid
which is sensitive to moisture.
Functionality:
The high reactivity of D-60 at low temperatures enables it to react with
common functional groups such as R-OH, M-OH, Si-OH, or R-COOH to effect
cross-linking, adhesion promotion, cure rate.

Application:
Silicone Sealants and Adhesives
IOTA-960 is used in silicone sealants and adhesives to increase cure rate,
crosslink silanes, promote adhesion, and act as a drying agent. It can also
provide these benefits when used with silanol end-capped polymers, such as
polypropylene oxides, polyurethanes, or acrylates.
Paint Additive
IOTA-960 can be used as an additive in paints to cross-link functional
polymers or binders, promote adhesion, or act as a binder itself.
How to use
IOTA-960 is usually formulated with other ingredients in crosslinking,
sealant, and adhesive applications. It is often added as the last ingredient to
prevent undesired pre-reactions with water or other components.
Storage:
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that
the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required
for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reason.
Package:
Packed with 5KG/25KG/200KG/1000KG plastic drum, could be customized as customers’ demands.
