After coming to Beili, many people are still working hard in places we can't see. In such a science and Engineering College, at any time, there will be students reading books and studying quietly in the library. The comprehensive teaching building and science teaching building will still be bright at 10 p.m. when the holiday circle of friends is full of all kinds of play photos, there will still be people sitting in the study room for one day. It's hard work that makes it look effortless.
In my freshman year, I participated in NECCS with great confidence in my English level, but I didn't get the third prize; I thought my mathematics was still good, and I participated in the freshman mathematics competition organized by the school, and only got the third prize. Every not good result, and every time the truth of someone outside me was vividly displayed in front of me, which was a new start for me. From the beginning of words, from every English class, let go of my complacency, from every math tutorial, from every exercise, I'm making a little progress. In the sophomore year, I finally got the first prize of the National College Students' mathematics competition and the second prize of the National College Students' English competition.
I like to listen to excellent people sharing stories, their confusion in college life, their solutions to problems, and their experience of striving for success little by little. When I first entered the University, I heard the report meeting of University, youth and life, and several outstanding graduates of Beili University talked freely before all the freshmen; later, I went to ZhongGuanCun to listen to the reply of Xu Teli scholarship, and all the immortals calmly shared their research results on the stage; I contacted the outstanding graduates of electronic packaging technology with the activities of alumni visit and new generation interview, and actively communicated with them, It's leading, it's motivating. Some of them came to the fore when they were enrolled, some of them were not very good at the beginning, but they were always down-to-earth, and finally went to their ideal school for postgraduate study, some of them couldn't find interest points, and they changed their majors twice in four years before they found their favorite direction and successfully studied They have different personalities and ideas, but they are very rigorous and self-discipline in learning professional knowledge, have a clear understanding of their own development direction, and have paid a lot of hard work and sweat in the pursuit of dreams. In the more than one year since I came to Beili, I have met many good teachers who are rigorous and responsible. They have accumulated profound academic literacy in their own professional fields. They also pay great attention to teaching methods in the teaching process, which is clear and orderly. I know that book knowledge is far from enough, so I look for various opportunities to exercise my own ability. In the first year of college, I chose the experimental course of wire bonding, and operated all kinds of machines of ultrasonic gold wire ball welding machine and ultrasonic aluminum wire wedge welding machine in the electronic packaging laboratory by myself. In the second year, I chose the experimental course of thermal analysis instrument training and application to analyze the thermal analysis Atlas of materials and learn the data office I came to Beijing Seven Star Huachuang Electronics Co., Ltd. during the winter vacation of the sophomore year. I was in close contact with electronic manufacturing related enterprises and felt the corporate culture.

When I first entered the school, I tried the freshmen debate contest. Although it was far less than the invincible state of those debaters, I got a lot from every preparation for debate. In the physical experiment contest, I designed experiments for the first time, and I was able to deal with particulate matter I and my team-mates, who knew little about it, searched all over the place for information, determined the experimental subject, and finally got the teacher's approval. In the summer vacation of 18 years, my practice team came to Shandan military horse farm. On August 20, 2017, I came to Beijing, where I was thinking, to Beili, curious, nervous and cautious. Now it's just the right time. In 2021, when I was 21 years old and graduated from University, I couldn't imagine what I would look like at that time. It's always right to work hard according to the set goals.
