Proposal requirements
The proposal must meet the minimum standard of the proposal, that is, at least include the current situation of the problem, detailed solutions and budget situation. Proposal submission
Each team shall fill in the proposal solicitation form as required, and attach the proposal to the proposal solicitation form (the proposal solicitation form and specific proposal are in a word document).

Entry process
The individuals or teams of Ruixin competition area shall fill in the proposal collection form and proposal as required, and submit it to the mailbox of the competition area before 24:00 on May 7.
