When industrial equipment encounters extreme cold: Why is low temperature performance the key?

In the field of biomedicine, freeze dryers need to achieve low temperature dehydration of materials in an environment below -50℃; in semiconductor manufacturing, the cooling fluid system needs to maintain stable operation of the equipment at ultra-low temperatures. Ordinary mineral oil begins to solidify at -20℃, while IOTA 47V2 A2 has become an "icebreaker" in extreme cold industrial scenarios with its ultra-low solidification point of -80℃ and excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics.

In-depth application of two major industrial scenarios

1. Freeze dryer: "Low temperature guardian"
Pain point: The viscosity of traditional hydraulic oil increases sharply at -30℃, causing the freeze dryer partition to be stuck and the material to be freeze-dried unevenly.

IOTA 47V2 solution:
As the medium of the freeze dryer hydraulic system, it still maintains fluidity at -80℃ to ensure accurate temperature control of the partition;

Scenario requirements: Chip etching requires a constant temperature of -40℃, and lithium battery pole piece cooling requires that the cooling fluid does not solidify or corrode.
