_In order to reduce the influence of water on the properties of polyurethane materials, γ - aminopropyl triethoxysilane was added to control the hydrolysis of polyurethane, and SEM, EIS and TG were used to study the change of the properties of polyurethane materials after adding coupling agent. The results showed that: Gamma propyl triethoxy silane had the effect of blocking water diffusion and controlling the hydrolysis of polyurethane. The impedance value of it was greater than 108 ohm cm2 after immersion for 900 h, and the impedance of pure polyurethane foam decreased to 108 ohm cm2 below 48 h immersion.

In this paper, a rigid polyurethane foam insulation and cold insulation material for LNG ship and 163 to ultra-low temperature has been developed. According to the past use and literature reports, water will affect the thermal conductivity and service life of LNG ship cold insulation materials (1- 4]), resulting in a decrease in the effect of cold insulation material after a period of time. It affects the safe and stable operation of LNG ship. In order to prolong the service life and cold insulation effect of materials, controlling the water resistance of materials is the key problem to be solved urgently
