1、 Application conditions
(1) Applicants for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following requirements:
1. Citizens of the people's Republic of China.
2. We should uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character and abide by the law and discipline.
3. The physical condition shall meet the physical examination requirements prescribed by the state and the enrollment unit.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) The graduates with the national recognition of academic qualifications (including the graduates of Adult Higher Education held by ordinary colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities) and self-study examination and online education can graduate at that time. Candidates must obtain the undergraduate diploma recognized by the state before entering the school in the year of admission, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) A person with a bachelor's degree recognized by the state.
(3) Those who have obtained the national recognized higher vocational and technical education for at least 2 years (from graduation to the year of admission, the same below) or more (must pass the national CET-4, complete 8 major undergraduate courses and pass the examination), as well as those who have obtained the national recognized education, shall apply for the examination according to the same academic capacity of undergraduate graduation.
(4) A person who has received a master's or doctor's degree.
Graduate students in school must obtain the consent of their training unit before applying for the examination.
(2) Those who apply for the national postgraduate entrance examination for the following professional degrees shall be subject to the following provisions:
1. Applicants for the postgraduate entrance examination of master of law (non law) must meet the requirements in (I). Before applying for the examination, the major they studied is non law major (law major [Code: 0301] graduates in the law category of the undergraduate major catalog of general institutions of higher learning), law major graduates at the junior college level and law major graduates in the form of self-study examination, etc You have to apply for the exam.
2. Applicants for the postgraduate entrance examination of master of law (Law) must meet the requirements in (I). 3. Applicants for the postgraduate entrance examination for master's degree in business administration, public administration and engineering management [Code: 125602] shall meet the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in (I). Meanwhile, they shall have more than 3 years of working experience after graduation from University, or have obtained the national recognized higher vocational education or university undergraduate degree, and reach the university level Personnel with the same academic background and more than 5 years of work experience after graduation; or personnel with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining master's degree or doctor's degree.
(3) Applicants for the individual examination must meet the following requirements:
1. Meet the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in (I).
2. Work continuously for more than 4 years after obtaining the university undergraduate degree recognized by the state, with outstanding business achievements or academic research achievements, and with the consent of the candidate's unit and the recommendation of two experts with senior professional and technical titles, find employment for the on-the-job personnel of the unit; or work for more than 2 years after obtaining the master's degree or doctor's degree, with outstanding business achievements or academic research achievements , with the consent of the candidate's unit and the recommendation of two experts with senior professional and technical titles, to find employment for the employees of the unit. 2、 Learning style
Full time graduate students refer to the graduate students who meet the national regulations on graduate enrollment, are admitted by our university through the postgraduate entrance examination, and are totally out of production to study in school within the specified period of time.
Part time postgraduates refer to those who are admitted by our university through the entrance examination of Postgraduates in line with the national regulations on postgraduate enrollment. During the period of study prescribed by our university, they are engaged in other professions or social practices, and take various ways and flexible time arrangements for non off job learning.
Three. Sign up
Candidates should carefully understand and strictly follow the requirements of application conditions and relevant policies. If the applicant fails to meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, resulting in subsequent failure to confirm, test, retest or enroll on site, the consequences shall be borne by the candidate himself.
Registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation. All candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online and confirm on the spot. (1) Online registration
1. Online registration time: October 10-31, 2019, 9:00-22:00 every day. Candidates log in to "China graduate enrollment information network" (public website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn, education website: http://yz.chsi.cn, hereinafter referred to as "research and recruitment network") to browse the application notes and register according to the online announcement requirements. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but only one valid registration information can be kept by one candidate. If the application is overdue, the application information shall not be revised.
2. During the registration period, the information of candidates' academic qualifications (student status) will be verified online. Candidates can view the results of the verification online. Candidates can also log in the "China higher education student information network" (website: http://www.chsi.com.cn) to inquire their academic qualifications (student status) information before or during the registration.
Candidates who fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) shall complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) within 10 days after the completion of the on-site confirmation before they can obtain the examination qualification; candidates who hold overseas acquired academic certificates shall pass the certification of the service center for studying abroad of the Ministry of education of China, and the certification report shall be submitted during the qualification review in the retest stage.
3. Candidates should fill in the information of online application accurately and provide authentic materials. If the applicant fails to register as required, fill in the wrong information or fill in the false information on the Internet, resulting in failure to take the examination, retest or admission, the consequences shall be borne by the candidate himself.
(2) Site confirmation
1. Time of on-site confirmation: subject to the time of on-site confirmation in the online newspaper announcement issued by the candidate's selected application point and the provincial educational enrollment and examination management organization, no supplementary application will be made after the expiration of the time limit.
2. Candidates must be present in person, with their resident ID card, academic degree certificate (fresh graduates with student ID card) and online registration number, checked by the staff of the registration point, and cooperate in collecting their own image and other relevant electronic information as required. Candidates who apply for the master's enrollment plan of "retired college students and soldiers" should also submit their "approval for enlistment" and "certificate of withdrawal from active service".
3. Candidates should pay application fee according to regulations.
4. Candidates should carefully check and confirm their online registration information. The application information will not be modified after the confirmation of the candidates. All consequences caused by the wrong filling of the candidates shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
Four. First try
1. Admission permit: from December 14 to 23, 2019, candidates can log in to "research and recruitment network" with their online report user name and password, download and print the admission permit by themselves. The examination permit shall be printed on A4 size white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates can participate in the preliminary and retest with the downloaded and printed examination permit and valid ID card.
2. Preliminary examination time: December 21-22, 2019. Candidates will take the preliminary examination with the examination permit and valid ID card.
Five. Re examination
1. After the Ministry of Education announces the retest score line, our school will determine the retest line according to the candidates' application and enrollment plan.
2. Our school implements the difference retest. All candidates to be admitted must have the retest. Those who fail in the retest will not be admitted. The second round examination is a combination of written examination, experimental (Practical) examination and comprehensive interview. The second round examination includes ideological and moral assessment, professional knowledge assessment, comprehensive quality test, foreign language communication ability test, etc. some colleges arrange experimental (Practical) examination as required. Six. Admission
1. Our school adheres to the principle of "enrolling students on demand, measuring them comprehensively, selecting the best candidates, preferring the lack to the abuse", pays equal attention to the examination of knowledge and ability, and enrolls excellent candidates by accepting students who are promoted or exempted, and selecting students through unified entrance examination.
2. In the enrollment plan, we will comprehensively investigate candidates' scores in the initial and second examinations, ideological, political and moral qualities, past academic achievements, innovation and practical ability, and physical health to determine the list of candidates to be admitted. The formal admission notice will be issued in June 2020.
3. There are two types of admission for master's students: non directional employment and directional employment. The master's students in non directional employment must transfer their files to our school before entering school, and the master's students in directional employment must sign corresponding agreements before being admitted. Candidates who participate in the individual examination can only be admitted to the original unit of the targeted employment master's degree.
7、 Length of schooling, tuition and Awards
1. The basic length of schooling of master's degree students in our university is 2-3 years. Please refer to the training plan of each major for details.
2. In accordance with the regulations of the state and Jiangsu Province, our school charges tuition fees to all graduate students.
(1) The tuition standard for full-time Master's degree is: academic degree 8000 yuan / student · academic year; Accounting Master's 28000 yuan / student · academic year. The tuition of China Law engineering college will be announced after the approval of Jiangsu development and Reform Commission, and other professional degrees 10000 yuan / student · academic year.
