Beijing University of science and technology is the first university of science and engineering founded by the Communist Party of China. It is one of the key construction universities in the National Calendar since the founding of the people's Republic of China. National plan for the introduction of overseas high-level talents
1. Have more than 36 consecutive months of overseas scientific research work experience after obtaining a doctor's degree; have formal teaching or scientific research positions in overseas well-known universities, scientific research institutions or research and development institutions of well-known enterprises; 2. Be no more than 40 years old. Overseas researchers who have obtained doctoral degree, if they have achieved outstanding research results or other outstanding achievements, can break the limitation of length of service and apply for a full-time job; 3. For those who have already worked in China, the time for returning to China shall be within one year.
1. Resource allocation: appointed as a professor, doctoral supervisor, providing special indicators for postdoctoral, doctoral and master degree; arranged Office experimental room; equipped with work assistant, or self-organized academic team. 2. Funding support: provide 2-6 million yuan (including national supporting funds) for the start-up of scientific research. 3. Salary and treatment: ① the annual salary within the employment period starts from 500000 yuan; ② the school pays about 120000 yuan / year of social security, occupational annuity and provident fund; ③ the performance at the end of the year + high-level Achievement Award (not capped); ④ the implementation of dynamic salary growth mechanism. 4. Living treatment: provide 2 million yuan living allowance (including national supporting facilities); introduce talents with Chinese nationality, who can settle in Beijing without the restriction of the place where they registered before going abroad; assist in solving the living problems such as children's enrollment in school. 5. Guarantee plan: provide international round-trip travel expenses for the respondents who come back to China to participate in the youth project meeting of the National Overseas high level talent introduction plan. Talent support program of "special young scholars"
1. Doctor degree from famous universities at home and abroad. Doctoral degree holders from the top 100 universities in the world or with more than 2 years of overseas research experience are preferred.
1. Resource allocation: employed as a doctoral supervisor or master's supervisor, giving priority to the number of doctoral and master's enrollment. 2. Funding support: provide 400000-1000000 yuan for the start-up of scientific research. 3. Salary and treatment: ① the annual salary within the employment period starts from 300000-420000 yuan; ② the school pays about 100000 yuan / year of social security, occupational annuity and provident fund; ③ the performance at the end of the year + high-level Achievement Award (not capped); ④ the dynamic salary growth mechanism is implemented. 4. Living treatment: help to solve the life problems of children's enrollment.
Excellent postdoctoral support plan (postdoctoral innovation talent support plan, postdoctoral international exchange plan introduction project)
1. Within 3 years after receiving the doctoral degree; the age shall not exceed 35 years. Among them, the postdoctoral age of Teli is no more than 32 years old and graduated from the world-class university. 2.
