Laboratory overview
The National Key Laboratory of impact environmental materials technology is the core force in the field of damage and protective materials research in China. It focuses on the research of new materials, new processes and new structures to meet the requirements of damage and protective materials in service in the impact environment. It promotes the development of new materials by the Research of basic application problems, and supports the application of new materials in equipment by the breakthrough of key technologies Lead to the development of weapons and equipment in China.
Professor Wang Fuyan, academician of caihongnian
Research team and research platform. There are more than 50 researchers in the key laboratory. It is a "scientific and technological innovation team of damage and protective materials" led by academician Cai Hongnian and Professor Wang Fuyan. It has research directions of protective materials and composite structures, matching of damaged materials and ammunition, simulation and material design, material testing and characterization, use efficiency evaluation and special protection, and undertakes 973 projects, 863 projects In recent years, it has won 2 second prizes of national technological invention and 8 provincial and ministerial awards.
Through years of accumulation and discipline construction of "985 Project" and "211 Project", the key laboratory has established a high-level and open research and development base for impact environmental materials, and formed a research platform for material design, preparation, characterization and evaluation to support the research of impact environmental materials. The laboratory has more than 5000 square meters of room, more than 100 sets of main instruments and equipment, with a total value of more than 100 million yuan.
Academic exchange and open sharing. The laboratory regularly hosts and cooperates with international conferences, recommends young and middle-aged backbones to study abroad, invites domestic and foreign well-known scholars in the field to give lectures, encourages indoor researchers to give lectures, undertakes scientific research projects with well-known research institutions at home and abroad, and establishes a long-term mechanism for scholars to visit each other, cooperate in research and jointly cultivate talents. It has always been adhering to the concept of serving the country and the society, providing technical services for many scientific research institutions, and realizing resource sharing.

Basic conditions
No more than 40 years old;
More than 36 consecutive months of overseas scientific research work experience after obtaining doctoral degree overseas or domestic;
In overseas well-known universities, scientific research institutions and other formal teaching or research positions.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the research of major projects / tasks of the research group, and publish academic papers in top journals or important journals by the first author or corresponding author;
To apply for various fund projects and to be approved as the project leader of the National Natural Science Fund;
Direct doctoral and postgraduate students;
Set up scientific research team.
Special Young Scholars
Basic conditions
It has strong academic influence and competitiveness in the discipline field, the ability to independently develop academic direction and outstanding academic development potential;
The age is generally no more than 40 years old;
With a doctor's degree from a well-known university at home and abroad or more than 2 years of working experience in a well-known overseas university, scientific research institution, well-known enterprise R & D institution, etc.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the research of major projects / tasks of the research group, and publish academic papers in top journals or important journals by the first author or corresponding author;
To apply for various fund projects and to be approved as the project leader of the National Natural Science Fund;
Direct doctoral and postgraduate students;
Set up scientific research team.
Excellent young teachers
Basic conditions
Generally, prospective professors should be no more than 38 years old, assistant professors should be no more than 32 years old, and associate professors should be no more than 35 years old;
Doctoral degree from well-known universities at home and abroad, with more than 2 years of overseas research experience is preferred;
Have independent research ability and good team spirit;
Have strong written and oral expression ability in Chinese and English, and publish high level research papers in well-known magazines at home and abroad.
Responsibilities
Participate in the research of the research group, and publish academic papers in top journals or important journals by the first author or corresponding author;
Actively apply for all kinds of fund projects, and as the project leader, obtain the approval of National Natural Science Fund projects;
Participate in the guidance of doctoral and postgraduate students;
Participate in the daily management of the laboratory.
Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Basic conditions
Within 3 years after receiving the doctor's degree, the age shall not exceed 35 years old, among which the age of post doctor of Trinity shall not exceed 32 years old;
With good academic background, strong innovation vitality and academic potential, with the ability to carry out research independently, good team spirit;
Have strong written and oral expression ability in Chinese and English, and publish high level research papers in well-known magazines at home and abroad.
Responsibilities
Participate in the research of the research group, and publish academic papers in top journals or important journals by the first author or corresponding author;
Actively apply for all kinds of postdoctoral fund and talent projects;
Participate in the guidance of doctoral and postgraduate students;
Participate in the daily management of the laboratory.
