Dear students
The novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control group of Jiangsu province has passed the record of the school's prevention and control team. Since April 20, 2020, the school will arrange students to return to school in batches. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Back to school time and conditions
The specific back to school time is divided into the following stages:
First stage:
From April 20 to 21, students of grade 16 who meet the requirements of returning to school;
The second stage:
On May 6, grade 19 students who meet the requirements for returning to school;
The third stage:
On May 7, grade 18 students who meet the requirements for returning to school;
The fourth stage:
On May 8, grade 17 students who met the requirements for returning to school.
Back to school conditions:
(1) 14 days before returning to school, they were healthy, without fever, chest distress, fatigue, dry cough and other symptoms. They clocked at home for 14 consecutive days and held the "sukang code" green code;
(2) novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were not diagnosed or suspected to be diagnosed one month before returning to school.
(3) One month before returning to school, there was no experience of living in key areas of epidemic prevention and control, and no close contact with returning personnel in key areas of epidemic prevention and control;
(4) 14 days before returning to school, there is no overseas living history or contact with overseas personnel.
Specific requirements and precautions
1. All students are requested to return to school in strict accordance with the notice time of the school, and shall not return to school in advance.
2. Students who plan to return to school shall submit "one card, one code and one track" (health information registration card, sukang code and 14 day personal travel track) according to the notice of counselor. Students who meet the requirements of returning to school can return to school on the specified date after being reviewed by the school.
3. Preparation of articles: respirators, thermometers and other anti epidemic materials, lunch boxes and tableware. In order to ensure the smooth access to school, please try to pack them lightly.
4. Please wear a mask on the way back to school, keep your hands clean at all times, and clean your hands after touching public goods, coughing and covering your hands, and defecating before meals. Avoid staying in crowded places, keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter from others, and avoid close contact with people with suspicious symptoms. Try to choose direct transportation. Students with conditions are advised to take private cars back to school.
5. On the day of returning to school, line up from the south gate and the west gate of the school. Seeing off vehicles and personnel shall stop and leave immediately and shall not enter the campus. Prepare "sukang code" (mobile phone display) and health information registration card before entering the school. When entering the school gate, the staff will take the temperature. If there is no abnormal temperature, the staff will submit "one card, one yard, one track" to each branch registration point and sign for registration before entering the school. (friendly reminder: due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the school does not provide drinking water, toilet and other convenient services, please make reasonable arrangements in advance, please understand.)
6. Take the second temperature test before entering the apartment area, and enter only when the temperature is normal.
7. After returning to school, the campus shall strictly implement closed management. All students are not allowed to leave the school without special circumstances. The system of morning, noon and evening inspection and health information daily report shall be implemented.
8. The apartment is under closed management. When entering the dormitory area, you must check your temperature and identity, and refuse visitors.
9. The dining hall adopts the system of taking food instead of providing food in the hall. Please prepare your own tableware.
10. The canteen, teaching building, library and other public places shall be strictly managed according to the school's work plan, and they shall wear masks and receive temperature test.
Registration discipline
Anyone who conceals key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history, health status and so on, causing serious consequences, will be investigated for legal responsibility by relevant departments.
