In order to further strengthen the safety awareness and standard operation level of employees and actively create a safe production atmosphere, on the morning of April 11, the safety team of silane production department organized more than 30 on-site operators to carry out Loto (lock out and tag out) training in the safety center of silane plant area, strengthened the safety management operation mechanism of the Department, and ensured the two hands of production and safety.
During the training, everyone wore masks in a unified way and sat down in a decentralized manner. On the premise of epidemic prevention, combined with the actual situation of the site, the significance, process and isolation scheme of tag out and lock out for special operations were explained in detail. During the whole training process, the staff listened to the explanation of the safety officer and actively interacted with each other, and had a heated discussion on some doubts. The training atmosphere was very active and good results were achieved.
