Cui Chong, who graduated from Wuhan Institute of building materials industry in 1982, majored in cementitious materials and products, once taught in Wuhan University of technology and Huazhong University of technology, and now works in school of materials science and engineering, Nanjing University of technology. He once served as the director of the Building Materials Laboratory of the school of civil engineering of Huazhong University of technology, the vice president of the school of materials science and engineering of Nanjing University of technology, and the director of the teaching and Research Office of inorganic nonmetallic materials and materials physics.
He has been engaged in the research and application technology development of chemical solid waste recycling for a long time. It has undertaken 2 National 863 Program projects, 2 general programs of national natural fund, 1 national major program, 1 national defense basic research project, 2 Jiangsu Program projects, 1 national small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise project, and many horizontal technical services in cooperation with enterprises.
At present, the research focuses on the application of mica concrete stone in building structure, basic research on the application of silicate filter material in sewage treatment, basic research and technical development on the utilization of high sulfur fluidized bed ash.
Dozens of papers have been published, more than 20 papers have been included in SCI, and more than 20 invention patents have been authorized.
