According to the spirit of Jiangsu Province's notice on the employment of college graduates during the epidemic prevention and control period (Su Xiao Fang Zu [2020] No. 10) and the relevant requirements of the Department of education, during the epidemic prevention and control period, the issuance of the registration certificate and other related matters are handled in the form of "approval without meeting". In order to do a good job in the employment assignment of graduates in 2020, and ensure that graduates can smoothly go to work, the university has formulated relevant work arrangements, which are as follows:

(1) Please make sure that the uploaded material is a formal employment agreement, and the letter of intent or email or offer of the unit are invalid;
(2) If the student is sent to the place of employment for registration, please make sure that the name of the unit to which the registration certificate is signed is consistent with the official seal of the agreement;
(3) For non Beijing and Shanghai contracting units, if students return home, the employer shall clearly mark "return home" in the "file receiving" part of the employment agreement;
(4) After the centralized assignment, when the doctoral students and the delayed graduate students upload the employment data, they need to upload the electronic version of the graduation certificate at the same time;
