1、 Selection conditions
（1） May 4th Red Flag regiment branch
1. There are sound and perfect organizations and systems, clear division of labor, good overall quality, and can play an exemplary role; the work is proactive, innovative, and actively lead the league members to create a new situation in the work of the league.
2. Focusing on the central work of the Communist Youth League, considering the characteristics of Youth League members, reflecting the requirements of Youth League members, participating in democratic management, completing the tasks assigned by the College Youth League Committee and the general branch of the Professional College Youth League on time, and playing an assistant role.
3. Fulfill the responsibilities of the League branch, have a strong sense of responsibility; make every semester work planned and summarized, actively organize and participate in theoretical learning; actively and systematically develop new league members; establish and improve the League branch's system of recommending excellent League members to join the party; pay League fees on time.
4. The League branch as a whole has excellent academic performance, and the failure rate is not higher than 30%. It has a good learning atmosphere. Members of the branch have no records of violating laws and disciplines, rules and regulations of the school, and being punished by the school discipline.
5. It can closely focus on the school's central work and serve the growth of young students, independently carry out various forms of Ideological and political education activities, with good results.
6. The proportion of the unpaid group fees of the members of the same level and all subordinate groups within three months is less than 2% (the payment proportion of the group fees shall be subject to the "smart group construction" system of Guangdong Province, and the statistical deadline shall be subject to the actual situation).
7. The current level and all subordinate League organizations shall transfer the organizational relationship of League members as required, handle the transfer out and receiving procedures of League members in time, and there is no large number of complaints; the business response of Guangdong "smart League Construction" system is timely.
（2） Excellent League member
1. Love the motherland, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, actively advance, seriously participate in all kinds of political learning organized by schools, departments, and colleges; participate in the registration of League members on time, which can well fulfill the league members' obligations.
2. Respect teachers, unite students, care about the collective, have a higher ideological and moral literacy, academic performance points ranking in the top 50% of the same major in the same grade.
3. Abide by the law, school discipline and school rules, have no violation of school discipline and school rules, and have not been disciplined.
4. Good learning attitude, hard work, excellent performance, no truancy in principle; one scholarship in 2019-2020 academic year.
5. Actively participate in physical exercises, public welfare activities and various collective activities, pay attention to civilization and self-cultivation, and have a good mental outlook.
6. Participating in the registration of members on time can well fulfill the obligations of members; as a member who retains the membership, the members report to the organization and pay the membership fee on time in Guangdong "smart League Construction" system.
（3） Excellent League Cadres
1. Have the selection conditions of Article 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 for excellent League members.
2. Love the work of the Communist Youth League, set an example, be able to lead and organize the Youth League members to complete various tasks with dedication.
3. Pay attention to understanding and mastering the ideological situation of Youth League members, timely reflect and listen to their opinions and requirements, and take the initiative in conducting education.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, adherence to principles, steadfast and willing to work, outstanding achievements.
5. They should keep close contact with the masses, dare to carry out criticism and self-criticism, have strong organizational ability and have high prestige among the Youth League members.
6. My league organization and all subordinate League organizations shall transfer the League member's organizational relationship as required, handle the transfer out and receiving procedures of League member in time, and there is no large number of complaints; the business response of Guangdong "smart League Construction" system is timely.
7. Serving as a cadre for no less than one semester. 2、 Selection object
The general League branch, League branch, registered student league members and teacher League cadres of all professional colleges can participate in the selection. In principle, the members, cadres and branches of the graduating class will not participate in the selection.
3、 Selection procedure
1. For the selection of the May 4th Red Flag League branch, the League branch shall write the annual work summary materials and submit them to the general League branch of each professional college.
