Introduction:
Qian Xuesen College of Nanjing University of science and technology is the second college in China, and the first honor college in Jiangsu Province named by Mr. Qian Xuesen, the "two bombs and one star" of our country. As the front position of Nanjing University of science and technology in training top-notch innovative talents and the experimental field to further promote the education and teaching reform, the training mode of innovative talents in the college has achieved good education and teaching results, and has trained a large number of high-quality, high-level research-oriented young talents.
This time, we set up the column of "style of alumni" and invited all the outstanding alumni to share their growth and development experience, so as to guide the students in the school to move forward and create brilliance together!
In 2015, there were 69 graduates from Qian Xuesen college, 94% of whom continued to pursue postgraduate studies in first-class well-known universities at home and abroad.

My major is weapons. Weapons majors are popular as well as popular. However, no matter which direction they choose, they hope that those who embark on this path will not forget their original intention, go on steadily and firmly, cast what the country needs, and forge a national weapon. There may be "shortcuts" on the way of scientific research, but the most solid way is to be diligent in thinking, learning and practice.
Lay a solid foundation for development and ensure a stable and far-reaching development
As a freshman, we mainly study the theoretical basic courses of each college. Basic course is the most boring course, but in the long run, it is also the most necessary course to carry out scientific research in the later stage. Just like building a house, the foundation determines the height of the building. The solid level of basic courses will affect the long-term degree of scientific research in the future. Once we have a solid basic knowledge, it will be much easier for younger students and younger students to carry out scientific research training in sophomore year.
