On April 8, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to launch the "one for one" action on employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates from colleges and universities across the country and Hubei Province. The action of "one group, one group" fully considers the type of school running, the characteristics of employment work and the needs of recipient universities. The first batch of 48 colleges and universities were determined to carry out assistance actions. The time of assistance action is set from April to September 2020, and will be adjusted according to the arrangement of epidemic prevention and control.

What are the objectives and specific measures of supporting colleges and universities?
First, share job information, support colleges and universities to share online recruitment platform, jointly hold online recruitment activities, and use big data technology to achieve post matching and precise push on the basis of mastering job demand information and college students' willingness to apply for jobs, so as to help college graduates get richer and more accurate employment information services.
Second, we should jointly explore employment channels, support colleges and universities to help them develop the employment market, guide local employment resources to extend to them, and mobilize alumni enterprises and employers to recruit for them, so as to actively receive their graduates' employment.
Third, we will work together to strengthen employment guidance, support universities and recipient universities to share employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses and online employment guidance consultation, jointly carry out special training on Graduates' employment and entrepreneurship, organize joint training of employment guidance teachers, and help recipient universities improve their employment guidance ability.
The fourth is to share high-quality teaching resources, support colleges and universities to open relevant teaching resources to the graduates of the recipient colleges and universities, provide more practice opportunities for the graduates of the recipient colleges and universities, support graduation design (or thesis) and graduation practice, and help the graduates of the recipient colleges and universities graduate smoothly.
Fifth, jointly carry out entrepreneurial practice activities, support colleges and universities to open mass innovation space such as "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" demonstration base and incubator to the graduates of recipient colleges and universities, jointly organize and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship guidance services such as entrepreneurship guidance, entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurship competition, and provide support for graduates' innovation and entrepreneurship.
Sixthly, we should jointly improve the level of employment management, support universities and recipient universities to share graduates' employment experience, exchange work ideas and methods, and jointly do a good job in graduates' employment statistics and rights protection under the influence of the epidemic, so as to improve the level of employment management services.
