1、 Recruitment positions and requirements
Recruitment position: accountant of financial department
Number of recruiters: 1
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the management of financial bills and accounting files of the school;
2. Be responsible for the accounting management of fixed assets and intangible assets of the school;
3. Be responsible for individual and unit transaction accounting and reconciliation;
4. Assist in budget management, submission of various statistical data, and annual inspection of various financial matters;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Accounting, finance and other related majors, master degree or above;
2. Have relevant qualification of accounting practice and professional competence of the post;
3. Have certain financial work experience, and be able to use common office software and financial software skillfully and efficiently.
2、 Application procedure
(1) Sign up

(2) Qualification examination
The personnel management section of the party and government affairs office shall conduct qualification examination on the candidates according to the post requirements, and then determine the candidates to participate in the examination after being screened by the employing unit (Department).
(3) Assessment
The assessment is divided into two parts: psychological test and interview assessment. The psychological test adopts the method of computer test, and the results are for the reference of interview and assessment group. The interview assessment is question answer (10 minutes), and the school will inform the recruitment of the best candidates.
(4) Employment
The candidates need to have a physical examination in a hospital of grade II and above. After passing the physical examination, the personnel management department of the party and Government Affairs Office of the university will notify them to sign a contract (employment agreement) and go through the registration procedures.
3、 Precautions
Relevant candidates shall take the original ID card, graduation certificate (from undergraduate), degree certificate (from undergraduate) and relevant qualification and reward certificate mentioned in the resume and other materials, and submit them to the judges for verification after entering the interview room. In case of any information discrepancy, the interview results can be cancelled as the case may be.
