After more than four months of repeated tests, Li Wei led the team to complete the technical transformation of the ejector, and innovatively tried the dry powder blanking process, solved the problem of frequent blockage of the solid ejector, and ensured the continuous and stable operation of the process system.

At the same time, he took the initiative to contact the domestic machinery manufacturers, mapping the drawings of dryer scraper spare parts and optimizing the existing defects, realizing the localization of spare parts, greatly shortening the supply cycle and laying a good foundation for equipment maintenance. For similar technical transformation projects, he successively proposed and led to the completion of more than 10 projects, effectively ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the system.
