The Annual Proposal Contest of Beijing institute of technology is about to start!
In order to improve the living environment and learning atmosphere of students in Liangxiang campus,
The rights and interests center of student union of Beijing University of science and technology will jointly hold the rights and interests proposal competition of Beijing University of science and technology with the five management departments of Academic Affairs Office, logistics group, research and Engineering Department, learning and Engineering Department and Security Department of Beijing University of science and technology!
To improve the living environment and learning atmosphere of students, The Student Union Rights Center of BIT will unite the five administrative departments of Academic Affairs Office, Logistics Group, Research and Engineering Department, Academic Engineering Department, and Security Department to organize the competition together!

The topics of the proposal can include but are not limited to:
1. Campus management, student safety, logistics support, public facilities, transportation planning, etc.
2. Infrastructure, book borrowing, bibliography updating and overall atmosphere of the library.
3. Infrastructure and food safety of canteen.
4. School supermarket, shop, etc.
5. Suggestions on relevant systems of school hospitals, network centers and other departments.
The topics of the proposal can include but are not limited to:

Proposal submission method
◆ each team should be no more than six people. If teams are organized across the competition area, the first proposer's competition area is the main one. Allow individuals to compete.
◆ the theme of the proposal should be real, and it has universality and is closely related to everyone's daily learning and life.
◆ the specific format has been given in the attachment of the proposal example below. Please fill in the proposal solicitation form as required and attach the proposal to the proposal solicitation form. (the proposal solicitation form and specific proposal are in a word file)

◆ the more specific the content, the better the proposal, and the more likely it is to be adopted by the school.

Entry process
◆ the document name shall be named by "proposal title" in the format of "proposal title + college / college + name + student number" (such as "proposal on improving lunch congestion in North canteen of Liangxiang campus" + Lingwen college + XXX + xxxxxx).
◆ please submit the proposal documents to liuke11@bit.edu.cn before 12:00 on May 5
◆ at the end of the paper, we give a sample template of the proposal for your team to refer to when preparing.
Award settings
There will be first, second and third prizes in the promotion competition, and five teams will enter the competition

Prize settings
◆There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for promotion to the school competition, and a total of five teams will enter the school competition
