1. Those who have obtained the bachelor's degree certificate of self-study examination, the average grade point of degree course is 2.0 or above, and have not been punished with demerit (or above) during the period of school;
2. The validity of degree application is within one year after obtaining the undergraduate diploma.

2. Calculation of credit grade point and average credit grade point
① Credit grade point: the credit grade point of the course multiplied by the grade point of the course assessment.
② Average grade point: the sum of the grade points of all courses obtained by a student, divided by the total number of credits taken by the student in the same period, is the average grade point of the student in the period. Namely:

③ For self-study examination, the sum of the credit grade points of the specified degree course divided by the total credits of the degree course taken by the student in the same period is the average credit grade point of the degree course of the student in that period.

3. The credits of courses completed in multiple semesters are counted according to the credits of the last semester, for example: English courses are taught in three semesters, the credits of the third semester are 4 credits, and the credits are counted according to 4 credits when the score points are counted.
3、 Degree application materials (specially accepted)
1. Xeroxed copies of bachelor's certificate for self-study examination, and Xeroxed copies of the front (score part) of the graduate registration form;
2. Fill in and paste the photos in the application form for bachelor's degree;
(the degree application form is directly printed on the website http://zikao.njust.edu.cn/ "score inquiry" of the self examination office of South Polytechnic. The degree course of some self-taught students is the social self-taught examination, there is no score in the system, and the degree application form of these students is printed by each teaching point);
3. Electronic photo: it is named after the examination permit number, with the storage format of "014912403394. JPG", and the name and examination permit number are indicated in the lower left corner of the photo (see the requirements for electronic image acquisition of degree for the specific requirements of the photo).
4. The students who are exempt from the English test shall provide the original and copy of the level-4 transcript of the original college and the copy of the junior college diploma (to prove that level-4 English is tested in the original College);

Requirements for image acquisition of electronic registration after graduation (degree) from school of continuing education, Nanjing University of science and technology
1. Background requirements: unified as blue, output blue color value: (RGB) R51 g143 b178;
2. Electronic picture size: 240 × 320 pixels (w × h); resolution no less than 300dpi, 24 bit true color.
3. Text identification: add the name and student number of the graduate under the image, and the font is required to be in Song typeface (for example, as shown in the figure).
4. Portrait requirements: white dress, clean face, upright sitting posture, no yin-yang face, closed eyes or blink, partial color and other phenomena affecting the face;
5. Photo saving method: one image for each person, saved as a file, the file name is my admission number, and the image file saving format is JPG;
