Excellent postdoctoral support program
Basic conditions: graduates of famous universities or scientific research institutes at home and abroad who have obtained doctor's degree and generally have not graduated for more than 3 years; or graduates who can successfully complete the defense of doctoral thesis and obtain doctor's degree in the near future.
Generally, the age is no more than 35 years old; among them, the age of post doctor of Teli is no more than 32 years old.
With good academic background, strong innovation vitality and academic potential, and the ability to independently carry out research work.
Position setting and basic salary
The salary system of postdoctoral personnel consists of three parts: basic annual salary, performance incentive of research group and five insurances and one fund.
Special postdoctoral: graduated from the world-class university, through training, after leaving the station according to the relevant academic standards can be employed to the pre employment system of teachers, basic annual salary of 300000-500000 yuan;
Team post: mainly for the construction of key development disciplines, high-level talents and excellent young backbone teachers' team, with a basic annual salary of 200000-250000 yuan;
Scientific research post: mainly provide effective scientific research force for the team undertaking major national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, with a basic annual salary of 140000-180000 yuan;
Ideological and political post: young talents engaged in counselor or ideological and political education teaching and research work, with an annual salary of 230000 yuan.
Supporting measures
Selected into the postdoctoral innovation talent support plan and postdoctoral international exchange plan (introduction project), on the basis of the salary paid in school, the state subsidizes 200000 yuan / person / year, with the maximum annual salary of 700000 yuan, which is not capped; the school provides an additional training allowance for the imported foreign postdoctoral students, 60000 yuan per year.
The research funds of the selected postdoctoral innovative talents support program are 200000 yuan + 30000 yuan for international exchange; the research funds of general and special projects funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation are 50000-18000 yuan; the selected "excellent postdoctoral of Beijing University of science and technology" will be given a certain bonus.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and the school, assist to solve the living problems of myself, my spouse and children in Beijing, their children entering the school and so on; provide postdoctoral apartments or housing subsidies according to the relevant regulations of the school.
