In the field of high-end bicycles, golf clubs, tennis rackets, and other sporting goods, the interfacial bonding strength of carbon fiber composites directly affects product performance and lifespan. Anhui Aiyota has developed a silane coupling agent for carbon fiber treatment, providing sporting goods manufacturers with a material upgrade solution.
The silane coupling agent can form a uniform functionalized coating on the carbon fiber surface, improving the wettability and chemical bonding between the fiber and matrices such as epoxy resin and nylon. Actual test data shows that silane-treated carbon fiber products exhibit a 30% increase in impact strength, a 25% increase in interlaminar shear strength, and an improvement in performance retention from 60% to 85% after exposure to humid and hot environments, significantly reducing product cracking and delamination issues.
