Application of dimethyl silicone oil


Dimethyl silicone oil is widely used as insulating, heat-resistant, moisture-proof filler, high-efficiency defoamer, demoulding agent, lubricant and surface treatment agent. Used in skin cream, bath, shampoo and other cosmetic formulations, with excellent softening effect and silky feel, improve the moisturizing and protection of the skin and so on.

Because dimethyl silicone oil is not sticky to rubber, plastics, metals and so on, it is used as release agent, isolator and brightener in the production of some rubber, plastics, latex, polyurethane products and crafts, so as to make the surface of products clean, smooth and clear.

Machinery, automobile, electrical appliances and other industries
Machinery, automobile, instrumentation, electronic and electrical industries, used as high-grade lubricants, liquid springs, cutting fluid, buffer oil, transformer oil, high and low temperature brake oil, brake oil, instrument shock absorber oil, frame modelling release agent, etc. It can also be used as a liquid spring and in the landing device of an aircraft.
