1. Epoxy resin adhesive: mostly hard, but also a little soft. The biggest advantage is good adhesion to hard materials. It can't be opened after potting. It has high hardness and good insulation performance. The common temperature resistance is 100, the temperature resistance of heating and curing is about 150 degrees, and there are also temperature resistance above 300 degrees. But the price is very expensive, and it can't achieve mass production in general. Poor restorability.


2. Silicone resin potting adhesive: after curing, it is mostly soft, with poor adhesion; it has the advantages of high and low temperature resistance, long-term use at 250 degrees, higher temperature resistance of heating curing type, better insulation performance than epoxy resin, withstand voltage of more than 10000v, moderate price and good repairability.


3. Polyurethane potting adhesive: the adhesive property is between epoxy and organosilicon, the temperature resistance is general, generally no more than 100 degrees, and there are many bubbles, so it must be poured in vacuum. Advantages: good low temperature resistance.
