The electronic-grade (district melting grade) polysilicon developed downstream by the company based on electronic-grade silane gas has basically reached the indicators of similar foreign products after inspection by the national laboratory, and has carried out certification work in downstream semiconductor industry enterprises. Electronic grade polysilicon is the key raw material for producing chips. District melting grade polysilicon is a high-end product of electronic grade polysilicon. It is mainly used to manufacture high voltage and high power semiconductor devices such as insulated gate bipolar transistors, high voltage rectifiers, and high voltage transistors.
