2, used in plastics, composite materials industry.

The inorganic filler can be surface treated in advance or added directly to the resin. It can improve the dispersion and adhesive force of filler in resin, improve the process performance and improve the mechanical, electrical and weather resistance of the filler plastics (including rubber).

The principle of silane coupling agent as a viscosifier is that it has two groups. One group can bond with the bonded skeleton material, while the other group can bond with the polymer material or adhesive, thus forming a strong chemical bond at the bonding interface and greatly improving the bonding strength. Silane coupling agent is generally applied in three ways: first, as a surface treatment agent for skeleton materials; The second is added to the adhesive, and the third is directly added to the polymer material. From the point of view of giving full play to its efficiency and reducing cost, the first two methods are better.

4. Used in the foundry industry.

It can improve the surface properties of organic and inorganic materials and enhance the adhesion between fillers and resins. Especially when it is mixed with furan resin and used in casting industry, the strength of molding sand and the storage life of resin are significantly improved.
