IOTA-550 (CAS No.: 919-30-2) is an amino-containing silane coupling agent, which is widely used to enhance the bonding properties of materials such as thermoplastics, epoxy systems, polyurethanes and rubbers. In terms of glass fiber surface treatment, IOTA-550 reacts with silanol to form stable bonds, significantly improving the interfacial bonding between glass fiber and resin, thereby improving the mechanical strength and aging resistance of the product.
