In the application of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber RTV, methyl tributylacetoximate silane (MOS) and vinyl tributylacetoximate silane (VOS) are well-known. As deoxime silane crosslinkers, they are similar to deacidified silane crosslinkers in terms of application fields. They are mainly used in silicone rubber and adhesive industries to improve the bonding strength between silicone rubber and plastic, nylon, ceramic, aluminum and other substrates.

However, its properties are milder than deacidified silane crosslinkers, most of which have lower physiological toxicity and are more suitable for the preparation of environmentally friendly RTV silicone rubber that is in close contact with people.

Note: Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from light, heat insulation, and avoid contact with heat sources and open flames. Keep away from strong acids and oxidants, do not expose to humid air, avoid contact with moisture, and do not recycle packaging barrels.

Methyl tributylacetoximate silane
1. Usually the main choice of deoxime silicone sealant crosslinker. It can be used alone or mixed with other oxime silanes to provide the desired properties (such as curing rate, adhesion, etc.);
2. Used as a crosslinker for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and silicone glass glue (neutral). It is also used as an accelerator for bonding plastics, nylon, ceramics, glass, etc. with silicone rubber;
3. The product is easily hydrolyzed when exposed to moisture (contact with water);
4. In the presence of an organic tin catalyst, it can react with hydroxyl-containing polysiloxane to form a crosslinked silicone rubber.

Vinyl trisbutyl ketone oxime silane
1. It is a mild silane crosslinker used as a curing agent for one-component neutral silicone sealant formulations. Another important advantage of silicone sealants using vinyl trisbutyl ketone oxime silane is that it can improve crack resistance;
2. It is mainly used for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and silicone glass glue as a crosslinker (vulcanizing agent), and its activity is higher than that of methyl-type curing agents;
3. It will crosslink and produce butanone oxime when it encounters water or moisture in the air.
