Vinyltris(methyl ethyl ketoxime) silane (CAS# 2224-33-1) is widely used as a crosslinking agent for room-temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber. Its core functions include:
Primarily applied in the curing of RTV silicone rubber. Through chemical reactions, it forms a three-dimensional network structure, significantly enhancing adhesion strength and durability.
Compared with traditional methyl-based curing agents, it has higher reactivity, effectively shortening the vulcanization time of RTV silicone rubber. It also improves post-cure physical properties such as hardness and elasticity.
Beyond silicone rubber, it can also serve as a raw material for preparing ultrafine calcium carbonate additives based on vinyltris(methyl ethyl ketoxime) silane, thereby enhancing the performance of other materials.
