Tang Xiaoying, Professor, doctoral supervisor. Member of the national medical device technical classification expert committee, vice chairman of the bioelectronics branch of the Chinese society of electronics, chairman of the medical imaging engineering and technology branch of the Chinese society of Biomedical Engineering, and vice chairman of the Council of the Beijing Society of biomedical engineering.
He has been engaged in scientific research and teaching in biomedical engineering, communication and information system for a long time, and has made in-depth research in biomedical signal detection and processing, medical big data, medical image processing and key technologies of MRI equipment.
He has presided over 6 national level projects including national key R & D projects, National Natural Science Foundation, etc., with a project fund of more than 30 million yuan, and published more than 50 papers, including more than 30 SCI papers and 1 authorized patent. As the deputy editor in chief, he has compiled 4 monographs such as "millimeter wave technology and medical application". He has won the first prize of excellent teaching achievements in Beijing and excellent moral education workers in Colleges and universities in Beijing , advanced science and technology workers of Beijing University of technology and other awards or honorary titles.
In recent years, relying on the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of health engineering industry and information technology, the team has successively introduced three overseas doctoral degree winners, including Oxford University, two of whom have been promoted to professors within five years after entering the University. The team has trained 3 professors (including 1 transferred to the medical department of NSFC in 2013) and 1 associate professor. In the past five years, the team has presided over 2 national key R & D projects and 3 subjects, 10 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and the project funding has exceeded 50 million yuan. With the joint efforts of the team members, it has become a research team with great influence in the field of Biomedical Engineering in China.

Application conditions
Graduates who have obtained doctoral degree in well-known universities or scientific research institutes at home and abroad, and generally have not graduated for more than 3 years; or recent graduates who can successfully complete the defense of doctoral thesis and obtain doctoral degree.
Generally, the age is no more than 35 years old, with the above-mentioned related discipline background and representative academic performance, solid basic knowledge, hard work, and excellent team awareness.

Salary and supporting conditions

Competitive compensation
The salary and treatment of postdoctoral personnel shall be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the University. The salary system is composed of three parts: basic annual salary, performance incentive of the research group and five insurances and one fund of the unit. The specific level shall be assessed according to the academic level of the candidates. The basic annual salary is 180000-500000 yuan, which is selected into the postdoctoral innovation talent support plan and the postdoctoral international exchange plan (introduction project). On the basis of school salary, the national subsidy is 200000 yuan / person / year, and the maximum annual salary is 700000 yuan;

The research group provides good scientific research conditions for the development of postdoctoral career and actively supports the application for various postdoctoral talent projects and fund support: 200000 yuan for the selected postdoctoral innovation talent support program + 30000 yuan for international exchange; 50000-18000 yuan for the general and special support of China Postdoctoral Science Fund; and 50000-18000 yuan for the selected excellent postdoctoral program of Beijing University of technology ”A certain bonus will be given.
