1、 Quota allocation
The number of open-ended League members in the development of the University, free declaration of each grass-roots League Committee, and total amount control of the University. According to the work requirements of the superior units, in principle, the work of the Development League members will be carried out only once in 2020, and they are not allowed to declare within the time limit.
Note: the students who have applied but not developed in 2019 must submit the application again. After passing the examination, the priority will be given to the development.
2、 Conditions for joining the League
1. Students over the age of 14 and under the age of 28 with the registered student status of Beijing University of technology;
2. To recognize the constitution of the league, to participate in and actively work in an organization of the league, to implement the resolutions of the league and to pay the League fee on schedule;
3. There is no record of violation of rules and disciplines during the school period.
3、 Work flow of Development League members
1. I submit the application for joining the league in paper form (square paper, handwritten);
(Note: in the special period of the epidemic, the electronic version shall be submitted to the Youth League branch, and then to the Grass-roots Youth League Committee, and the paper version shall be submitted after the official start of school.)
2. Students applying for admission to the League shall have two league members of this branch as introducers;
3. The Grass-roots Youth League Committee and the Youth League branch shall conduct training, education and investigation on the activists who join the Youth League. The Youth League branch committee considers that they have the conditions for the Youth League members and submits them to the Grass-roots Youth League Committee for approval;
4. The Grass-roots Youth League Committee shall review and fill in the summary of the Youth League development plan in 2020 and submit it to the Youth League Committee of the University for approval;
5. The school Youth League Committee will conduct examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will be issued with the letter of wish to join the league;
6. The development object shall fill in the volunteer form for joining the League according to the requirements. The Youth League branch committee and the Grass-roots Youth League Committee shall fill in the approval opinions on the letter of wish to join the Youth League according to whether the applicant has the conditions for League membership and whether the procedures for joining the Youth League are complete;
7. The League branch shall timely inform itself of the decision of the superior league organization to approve students to join the league. For students who have not been approved to join the league, the League branch shall also notify them of the situation in time to help them understand their own shortcomings and encourage them to continue their efforts. The students who are approved to join the League shall obtain the membership and calculate the League age from the date of approval of the branch meeting, and pay the League fee from the month of approval of the League Committee at a higher level;
8. The new league members shall take the oath of joining the League under the League banner, and issue the League emblem to the new league members at the oath ceremony (the paper version of the League membership card will not be issued since 2019, and the electronic League membership card can be inquired on the "Beijing Communist Youth League" system). The newly developed League members shall input the information into the "Beijing Communist Youth League" system according to the League development number in the "League membership application form" and "League membership application form" to the grassroots League Committee for filing.
