Beijing University of science and technology is the first university of science and engineering founded by the Communist Party of China. 01 basic conditions

Position setting and basic salary
Special postdoctoral: graduated from the world-class university, after leaving the station, according to the relevant academic standards can be employed to the pre employment system teachers, basic annual salary of 300000-500000 yuan;
Team post: mainly for the construction of key development disciplines, high-level talents and excellent young backbone teachers' team, with a basic annual salary of 200000-250000 yuan;
Scientific research post: mainly provide effective scientific research force for the team undertaking major national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, with a basic annual salary of 140000-180000 yuan;
Ideological and political post: young talents engaged in counselor or ideological and political education teaching and research work, with an annual salary of 230000 yuan.

Support measures
Excellent salary: the salary system of postdoctoral personnel consists of three parts: basic annual salary, performance incentive of the research group and five insurances and one fund of the unit. Selected into the postdoctoral innovation talent support plan and postdoctoral international exchange plan (introduction project), on the basis of salary paid in school, the state subsidizes 200000 yuan / person / year, with the maximum annual salary up to 700000 yuan; the school provides additional training allowance for the imported foreign postdoctoral students, 60000 yuan per year.
Powerful scientific research support: 200000 yuan of scientific research funds + 30000 yuan of international exchange funds were selected into the postdoctoral innovation talent support program; 50000-18000 yuan of scientific research funds were obtained from general and special grants of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation; and a certain bonus was given to the selected "excellent postdoctoral of Beijing University of Technology".
Perfect welfare guarantee: assist to solve the living problems of myself, spouse, children in Beijing, children in school and so on according to the relevant regulations of the state and the school; provide postdoctoral apartment or housing subsidies according to the relevant regulations of the school.

01 basic conditions
Generally, the pre hired assistant professor is not more than 32 years old, the pre hired associate professor is not more than 35 years old, and the pre hired professor is not more than 38 years old;
