Brief introduction and job description of the research group:
Relying on the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of education of high energy density materials, the research team has been engaged in the basic and Application Research of insensitive energetic composite materials for a long time. At present, the research group has 9 teachers, 5 doctoral supervisors, more than 40 postdoctoral, doctoral and postgraduate students. In the past three years, it has undertaken more than 10 national important scientific research tasks. Some research results have been applied to equipment. The research results have won the first prize of national science and technology progress, and many achievements have been appraised at provincial and ministerial level.
The development of scientific research team needs more young teachers to join, and now we are looking for 3-4 postdoctoral staff at home and abroad.
Application conditions
Within 3 years after receiving the doctor's degree; no more than 35 years old. Among them, the postdoctoral age of Teli is not more than 32 years old;
With good academic background, strong innovation vitality and academic potential, and the ability to carry out research independently;
With the background of energetic materials, polymer materials, nano materials, simulation and mechanics and other related disciplines, and has made representative academic achievements in related research fields;
Have independent research ability and good team spirit;
Strong written and oral expression ability in both Chinese and English.

Participate in the research of the research group, and obtain certain academic achievements.

Competitive compensation
The salary system of postdoctoral personnel consists of three parts: basic annual salary, performance incentive of research group and five insurances and one fund.
Special postdoctoral: graduated from the world-class university, after leaving the station, according to the relevant academic standards, can be employed to the pre hired teachers, with a basic annual salary of 300000-500000 yuan.
Team post: mainly for the school's key development disciplines, high-level talents and excellent young backbone teachers team building, with a basic annual salary of 250000 yuan.
Scientific research post: mainly provide effective scientific research force for the team undertaking major national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, with a basic annual salary of 180000 yuan.

Competitive compensation
Selected into the postdoctoral innovation talent support plan and postdoctoral international exchange plan (introduction project), on the basis of school salary, the state subsidizes 200000 yuan / person / year; the school pays an additional cultivation allowance of 60000 yuan per year to the imported foreign postdoctoral.
The research funds of the selected postdoctoral innovative talents support program are 200000 yuan + 30000 yuan for international exchange; the research funds of general and special projects funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation are 50000-18000 yuan; the selected "excellent postdoctoral of Beijing University of science and technology" will be given a certain bonus.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and the school, assist to solve the living problems of myself, my spouse and children in Beijing, and their children entering the school; provide postdoctoral apartments or housing subsidies according to the relevant regulations of the school.

Jin Shao Hua
Jin Shaohua, Ph.D. supervisor, School of materials, Beijing University of technology, has been engaged in the synthesis and application of high energy density compounds for a long time. In recent years, more than 30 SCI papers have been published as the first or corresponding author, and more than 10 invention patents have been authorized by the first author. As the deputy chief engineer of a project, he has undertaken more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and enterprise scientific research projects, with a total of more than 30 million funds. As the director of the national joint training base for graduate students majoring in demonstration engineering, he prepared the laboratory of computational chemistry of single explosive and the laboratory of crystal characteristic analysis and test of single explosive, and participated in the organization and establishment of the Joint Laboratory of Beijing University of technology and state-owned 805 plant. More than 30 graduate students with master's degree and doctor's degree.
Chen Yu
Chen Yu, associate professor of School of materials, Beijing University of science and technology, doctoral supervisor, director of the Youth Committee of China Society of materials research, was selected into the "Young Talents Program" of Beijing University of higher learning. He has been engaged in the research of functional polymer materials and energetic materials for a long time. He has successively presided over / completed more than 20 scientific research projects such as NSFC and 973 sub topics, and served as the deputy chief engineer of a project. In recent years, he has published more than 40 SCI collected papers as the first author or corresponding author in the journals of chem. Eng. J., J. power sources, carbon. Polymer. He has been authorized 16 national invention patents and published 3 Monographs in Chinese and English.
Chen Kun
Chen Kun, associate professor and doctoral supervisor, School of materials, Beijing University of technology. He has successively presided over scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the strengthening project of basic plan. Mainly engaged in the research of photoelectric materials and energetic materials. In recent years, he has published more than 10 papers included in SCI in J. am. Chem. SOC., angelw. Chem. Int. ed., chem. SOC. Rev. As the first author or corresponding author.
