Beijing University of technology was born in Yan'an in 1940. It is the first university of science and engineering founded by the Communist Party of China. It is the key construction university in the National Calendar since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is one of the first batch to enter the "211 Project" and "985 Project" of the country, and one of the first batch to enter the "world-class university" to build a class a university.
The university now has 22 post doctoral research flow stations with obvious disciplinary advantages: Engineering, materials, chemistry, physics, computer, mathematics and social sciences have successively entered the top 1% of ESI International disciplines, among which engineering has entered the top 1 ‰ of ESI International disciplines.

Basic conditions
1. Have good political quality and moral conduct, abide by national laws and regulations and various rules and regulations.
2. Doctoral degree has been obtained in famous universities or scientific research institutes at home and abroad, and the doctoral degree is generally no more than 3 years; or the doctoral dissertation defense can be successfully completed in the near future to obtain the doctoral degree;

Recruitment position and treatment
（1） Salary and welfare benefits our school provides researchers with internationally competitive salary, including basic annual salary system. The salary system consists of three parts: the basic annual salary; the performance incentive of the research group; the scientific research reward. It has been selected into the post doctoral innovation talent support plan and the international exchange plan to introduce supporting funds of 200000 yuan / year, with a maximum annual salary of 700000 yuan. An additional cultivation allowance of 60000 yuan per year shall be paid to the imported foreign postdoctors. According to the relevant regulations of the state and Beijing Municipality, the university provides social insurance and housing fund for postdoctoral personnel.
Scientific research funds of 200000 yuan + international exchange funds of 30000 yuan were selected into the postdoctoral innovation talent support program; scientific research funds of 50000-18000 yuan were obtained from general and special support projects of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and selected as "excellent postdoctoral of Beijing University of technology" to give certain bonus.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and the school, assist to solve the living problems such as the settlement of myself, spouse and children in Beijing, and the enrollment of children; provide postdoctoral apartments or housing subsidies according to the relevant regulations of the school, and enjoy the same welfare treatment as the teaching staff. Annual salary of 300000-500000 yuan
Training objectives: mainly for the doctoral students graduated from the world-class universities to carry out through training. After leaving the station, they can be employed as pre hired teachers according to the relevant academic standards.

Annual salary of team a: 200000-250000 yuan
Training objectives: mainly for the construction of key disciplines, high-level talents and excellent young backbone teachers' team.
