With little foundation, lack of experience and weak power, he took the lead in doing more work and hard work. In 996, he was busy all the time. After one year's hard work, the technology department has developed into a team of nearly 50 people. The four major disciplines have completed the construction system and fully undertaken the tasks of civil, commercial and military satellite control system and software development.
Behind each achievement is a period of hard years. "5 + 2" and "white plus black" are used to Xinxing. But he said that obsession with his beloved career is a kind of happiness. He just works in this direction, forward, forward, closer, closer.
