School profile
Beijing University of technology was born in Yan'an in 1940. It is the first university of science and engineering founded by the Communist Party of China. It is the key construction university in the National Calendar since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is one of the first batch to enter the "211 Project" and "985 Project" of the country, and one of the first batch to enter the "world-class university" to build a class a university. Li Fuchun, Xu Teli, Li Qiang and other older generation proletarian revolutionaries successively served as the main leaders of the school. The university is now subordinate to the Ministry of industry and information technology. All teachers and students are striving to meet the "two centenary" goals of the country and strive to build a world-class university with Chinese characteristics.

Annual salary of 200000-250000 yuan

Enterprise joint training postdoctoral is the joint training of school and enterprise workstation to promote the combination of production, learning and research and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
The welfare school shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Beijing Municipality, provide social insurance and housing fund for postdoctoral personnel.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and the school, assist to solve the living problems such as the settlement of myself, spouse and children in Beijing, and the enrollment of children; provide postdoctoral apartments or housing subsidies according to the relevant regulations of the school, and enjoy the same welfare treatment as the teaching staff.
It has been selected into the post doctoral innovation talent support plan and the international exchange plan, with a supporting subsidy of 200000 yuan / year. An additional cultivation allowance of 60000 yuan per year shall be paid to the imported foreign postdoctors.
The research funds of the selected postdoctoral innovative talents support program are 200000 yuan + 30000 yuan for international exchange; the research funds of general and special projects funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation are 50000-18000 yuan; the selected "excellent postdoctoral of Beijing University of science and technology" will be given a certain bonus.
