Pei Xizhe, male, Han nationality, born in February 2000, a member of the Communist Youth League, is a 2016 student majoring in vehicle engineering in the school of machinery and vehicles, Beijing University of technology. At the moment of entering the University, I also made up my mind to be independent. In the first few months of school, I spent several hours every day going out to teach. Although it's hard, I'm glad to think that I don't need to ask my parents for living expenses. At the same time, I never gave up my study. After one semester's hard work, I successfully got the first-class scholarship and Jianglu scholarship, and I paid more attention to my own study when I tasted the "sweetness". After that, with my own efforts, I have won the first-class scholarship, the national scholarship twice, the Jianglu scholarship once, the first-class prize of fast, and the school's perfect scholarship system, which has helped me realize my economic independence and self-care in life.
Self improvement and constant emphasis on study
In college, I always regard learning as my first priority. And firmly believe that knowledge can change fate. With the thirst for knowledge and three years of persistence, I have achieved the first results in comprehensive performance ranking and pure performance ranking. "It's only a matter of knowing how to do it.". While learning theoretical knowledge, I also actively participate in various competitions. As a student of Mechanical College, drawing is our basic skill, which is mainly reflected in drawing recognition and drawing. Our major includes "Beijing University student engineering design expression competition" and "national university student advanced mapping technology and product information modeling competition". Due to my active training and excellent performance, I was shortlisted in the national and municipal cartography competitions with the first prize of the school competition. In order to achieve better results, that summer vacation, I used a month to prepare with my teammates. During the training, I went through a large number of materials to explore a fast and efficient mapping method, which was praised by the teacher and lectured for the students on the platform. I won the first prize in the city competition and the national competition. This is the starting point of my scientific and technological innovation practice. Since then, I have worked harder and completed the digital design of a "new external automatic tennis server" with my teammates in six months, and won the first prize in the "2018 National Mechanical Product Digital Competition". Our scientific and technological innovation project did not end because of this. With my efforts, we set up a team and successfully set up the project as a national level innovation project, and led the team to start the process from product digital design to physical production.
"Action is the beginning of knowledge, and knowledge is the result of action". In the summer vacation of 2018, in order to have a deeper understanding of my specialty, I organized the practice group of "investigation and Research on user satisfaction, relevant policies and economic and environmental protection of pure electric vehicles in Beijing". It took a month to visit major charging piles in Beijing, investigate the charging owners, interview with relevant professors from the electric vehicle Research Institute of Beijing University of science and technology, and finally sort out and conclude the Research Report of tens of thousands of words. Finally, the team I led won the special prize of "excellent social practice paper of Ideological and political theory course of college students" with the best performance. I also participated in the college's summer practice group to Yingxiu in Wenchuan, participated in the investigation of the development of Yingxiu in the ten years after the Wenchuan earthquake, visited dozens of local residents in the bright sun, and obtained the first-hand information about the development and construction of Yingxiu in Wenchuan. Finally, our team won the "2018 excellent summer social practice team of Capital University and secondary school students".
Keep your mind on what you want
In sophomore year, without the fresh curiosity of freshman year, and in the face of cruel reality, I began to doubt my chosen major, became confused and began to hesitate. Fortunately, I have never forgotten that there is no mistake in my study. In the second semester of my sophomore year after the teaching reform, I have never left behind in my study. With the help of my teachers, classmates and parents, I have found the direction of my efforts to make my own contribution to China's automobile industry. Under the support of this passion and fighting spirit, I was promoted to junior high school. I learned that the "national engineering training comprehensive ability competition for college students" is a competition to cultivate my own hands-on ability. I actively signed up for it and spent more than one month with my teammates to design a carbon free car with self-seeking double eight character track. We also contacted the factory to process the car parts, and spent several days in the "engineering training center" to complete the car assembly. Those days, "work training" became the place I had to go every day. After the completion of the car, no matter how debugging, the car can not run out of the expected trajectory. The week before the game, I decided to fight back and remake gears and other important related parts. Finally, our team's car won the first place in 11 laps and was shortlisted in the market competition. In the "Beijing engineering training comprehensive ability competition", the team led by me won the first prize of Beijing with the second place result. In this process, what I have gained is not only the certificate, but also my understanding of the machinery manufacturing industry and the improvement of my practical ability.
Return to the society
In addition to the development of my own comprehensive quality, I also actively participate in student work and help the students around me. Because I know that the process of answering questions for students is also the improvement of my own ability. I once conducted a large-scale collusion for the seniors of the C language make-up examination, which helped many students successfully pass the C language examination. After winning the prize in the drawing competition, I actively taught software modeling knowledge to my students with the help of the three-dimensional mapping community. I am now the chairman of the student science association of the College of machinery and vehicle, and I have organized many large-scale science and technology innovation activities at the school level, such as the recruitment, science and technology activity month, automobile culture festival, etc. At the same time, he also assisted the college to complete the statistics of scientific and technological achievements, mobilization and organization of the century cup and many other works. It has contributed its own strength to the scientific and technological innovation activities of the college, and made more and more students participate in the scientific and technological innovation activities. At the same time, I am also enthusiastic about public welfare. I actively signed up for many volunteer activities, such as the world women's curling match, the community cultural festival in Fangshang District, the school sports meeting, the college's new year welcome, warm winter clothes, green sprout recycled paper edge. The total length of university volunteer activities is nearly 100 hours.
