Wang Zhaohua, Professor Xu Teli, Beijing University of technology. The winner of the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, the winner of the China Youth Science and technology award, and the national candidate for the "one million talents project" enjoy the special allowance of the government of the State Council. Now, he is the dean of the school of management and economics of Beijing University of technology. He has been engaged in the research of big data driven low-carbon consumption behavior, intelligent decision-making, sustainable development policy modeling and other fields for a long time, presided over more than 30 projects of National Natural Science Foundation (youth, general, key and outstanding youth), national key research and development plan, published 5 monographs, published more than 200 papers in nature and other domestic and foreign academic journals, and retrieved more than 100 papers by SCI / SSCI He has won the first prize of Beijing Education and teaching achievement and the excellent scientific and technological achievement award of the Ministry of education. He also serves as vice president of China Management Science Research Association, executive director of management science and Engineering Research Association, and President of University Management Research Association of Beijing Higher Education Association. He is the chief editor, deputy chief editor and Editorial Committee of many academic journals at home and abroad.

With the widespread application of big data in many fields, many dreams that could not have been realized have now become reality. What are the scientific principles behind big data? In what fields can it be applied and how can we better make big data serve human beings? This report integrates the theory of big data and behavioral science, introduces the application of big data science in the field of behavioral management with some interesting cases, and further understands the scientific principles behind big data on the basis of perceptual knowledge, mainly including what big data is, how to use big data to reveal people's behavior laws and characteristics, future development trend, and Beijing University of science and technology in the University Data advantage.
