Master of engineering management, or MEM for short.
The master of Engineering Management (MEM) is for the technical managers of domestic key industries such as aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, electronics, weapons, energy, chemical industry, etc., and the managers of modern service industries such as finance, insurance, logistics, e-commerce, etc; Project management and technical management personnel of IT enterprises and it service enterprises; relevant staff of government and public service and management departments engaged in technical management or information management.
The master of Engineering Management (MEM) program provides trainees with the experience and knowledge of integrating technology and management in practical work practice. It is committed to cultivating and mastering systematic engineering management theory, as well as basic theories and expertise in related engineering fields. It has a keen sense of business sense and excellent leadership ability, and can be used in Information Engineering, mechanical engineering, equipment development and manufacturing, and energy There are not only deep professional knowledge, but also interdisciplinary and compound talents with a wide range of knowledge for decision-making and management in large projects such as engineering and construction projects.
Project qualification
In 2011, Beijing University of science and technology became the first batch of schools with the right to grant master's degree in engineering management;
In 2012, "project management" was rated as the national "12th Five Year Plan" teaching material;
In 2013, project management was selected into the national excellent resource sharing course;
In 2013, the teaching team of project management major was rated as the key construction teaching team of continuing education in Beijing University;

Enrollment information
Those who meet one of the following three conditions can apply for the examination:
Those who have graduated from the National Education Series University and have more than three years (including three years) working experience before entering the school.
Those who graduated from junior college and have more than five years (including five years) working experience before entering school.
Those who have obtained master's degree or doctor's degree and have more than two years (including two years) working experience before entering the school.
Training mode
The master of engineering management program of Beijing University of science and technology is based on the discipline of engineering management, which is combined with related engineering disciplines to set four training directions:
1. Energy and environmental engineering management
2. Project management
3. Big data and Information Engineering Management
4. Equipment engineering management
The course content is broad, cutting-edge, comprehensive and systematic. Educational system
The basic length of schooling for part-time master of engineering management is 2 years. Up to 4 years.
Education and degree awarding
All the students who have completed the required credits, completed the master's thesis and passed the thesis defense within the specified period of time will be awarded the master's degree of engineering management of Beijing University of technology and the master's degree of engineering management of Beijing University of technology after the examination and approval of the University.
