4、 Measures for employers to attend the meeting
（1） Sign up
Register at njust.91job.org.cn and book a booth, which will be approved within 1-2 days. The deadline for application is 18:00 on May 17. There is no booth fee for this job fair.
（2） Check resume
On the details page of the job fair, click "negotiation and interview hall". After entering, you can see the list of students who have submitted their resumes (by default, students submit the employment recommendation form and resume attachment). Click different candidates to view and download their resumes. If the candidates submit the attached resumes, you need to download and view them.
Special reminder: if the employer must use other online application methods, please make clear in the company profile! Otherwise, the platform will be used to collect resumes by default.
（3） Online negotiation and interview invitation
The company can communicate with students online, send chat content (expression, text, picture), and have unlimited rounds of negotiation.
If you need to interview, you can click the "interview invitation" button, enter the time and date of the interview in the interview invitation pop-up window, and click send. Students will receive the SMS of the interview invitation and enter the wechat interview through the link. The interview queue of the day will be displayed in the "interview hall". Click the candidate to check whether they are online or can make video calls.
In the negotiation and interview, candidates can be marked as qualified, eliminated and other states, and it is supported to select fewer applicants who have submitted their resumes through the state.

Special reminder: in order to protect the safety and legitimate rights and interests of graduates, pyramid selling recruitment, false recruitment and other fraudulent behaviors are strictly prohibited in this activity. The recruitment information released by the participating units must meet the direct employment needs of their own units, and it is not allowed to recruit for other units. If the participant violates the recruitment commitment, the organizer will put it into the blacklist of the dishonest unit and cancel the campus recruitment qualification; if there is any violation, the organizer will investigate its responsibility according to the relevant laws and regulations.
5、 Student participation method
（1） Resume upload and delivery
One click "submit resume" on employment net is to send the personal employment recommendation form to the employer by default. Students can upload their resume by adding attachments. (be sure to check your recommendation form and resume first)
Operation method: log in the employment network, select students in the navigation bar of the home page, select "make recommendation form" on the student page, log in and enter the details page of "information check of recommendation form", and upload the self-made resume attachment.
After uploading the attached resume, on the job fair details page, you can search and view the exhibitors, find interested positions, and click "deliver resume"; when you click "deliver resume" on the employment website, the company will receive your "recommendation form + personal resume".
（2） Online negotiation and interview invitation
After the students deliver their resumes to the employer, they can find the employer in the "negotiation and interview hall". Click the employer to chat directly with them online.
The employer can initiate an interview invitation to the students. The students will receive the SMS of the interview invitation, click the SMS link, jump to the app interview invitation code, click download, scan with wechat to enter the interview invitation, click agree or refuse the interview.
App access to interview: students enter the "air interview Pro" wechat app and wait on the page to be interviewed to view the current queue order. When the queue order is less than 3, please do not leave the current page. The system will ring to remind you to answer the video interview initiated by the unit, and click answer to start the interview.
Computer browser access to interview: it is recommended to use Google browser or 360 browser speed mode, wait in the student interview hall, and view the current queue order. When the queue order is less than 3, please do not leave the current page, the system will ring to remind you to answer the video interview initiated by the company, and click answer to start the interview.
