"Flying engineer" is a project aiming at the industry market based on technological innovation. It is more and more common to use UAV in power monitoring, but the manual live maintenance is still a very common operation, which is very dangerous, and the cost of outage maintenance is too large. Using the "culvert" UAV to operate can avoid the high risk of manpower and the high cost of power failure, which is the advantage of "flying engineer". 3. The product or service mode is not introduced? How to price products and who are the customers? How to form transactions with customers and let products enter the market, these problems are not reflected in the roadshow. Especially as a growth group, the project seems to be imperfect.
4. The income source and prediction of the project are not reflected. As a growing project, it is not reasonable. From the perspective of business model, how to create value, transfer value and realize value is a concern for everyone. The direction of capital investment, cost estimation and other problems also need to be solved. In addition, the scale of the project's equity, the composition of equity, whether it needs financing, the source of financing plan or funds and solutions are not clear in the roadshow.
Such a project makes many colleges and universities understand that the scientific research achievements of a university need a good way to commercialize. If colleges and universities only care about the number of papers and citations, who is responsible for promoting social progress through innovation? Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new requirement of social development for colleges and universities. When the underlying technology of social development changes profoundly, when the environment and tasks of colleges and universities are constantly changing, any slow understanding of the role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the development of colleges and universities will make colleges and universities miss the opportunity for development.
