3-Glycidyl etheroxypropyltrimethoxysilane IOTA-5560 can be used for surface modification of various inorganic fillers such as aluminum hydroxide, silica, wollastonite, mica, and glass microspheres. Inorganic fillers are inherently hydrophilic and have poor compatibility with organic resins. When mixed, they are prone to agglomeration, uneven dispersion, and poor processing flowability, limiting the filler loading ratio and product performance.

This product can be used to modify the surface of inorganic fillers, altering their hydrophilic properties, enhancing their wettability and binding force with organic resins, effectively inhibiting particle agglomeration, and improving the uniformity of filler dispersion in the system.
