What are silane ceramics?
Answer: Silane ceramics is an environmentally friendly phosphate-free pretreatment agent. It does not contain nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metals. It does not contain BOD/COD. It conforms to the EU ROHS environmental protection directive. It is especially suitable for metal surface treatment such as steel, zinc and aluminium. It can replace traditional iron phosphating and so on. It can enhance the binding force and corrosion resistance of the coating, and match with various types of coatings. It is suitable for immersion line and spray line at room temperature.

How to use silane ceramics?
Answer: (1000L) Standard tank liquid as an example: add clean water to 80% of the treatment tank, then add 50 kg silane ceramics, and then mix evenly, add soda or citric acid to adjust the PH value of tank liquid to about 4.5; after adjusting the PH value, it must be completely stirred evenly to clarify the tank liquid, and finally add the remaining water to (1000L) stipulated liquid level. Next step, the workpiece can be directly immersed or sprayed in the tank liquid. Generally, the processing time is 5 minutes, and then the next process or water washing and drying can be transferred.

The processing time of different metal materials?
Answer: Aluminum and zinc alloy 0.5-3 minutes, galvanized parts 2-4 minutes, cold rolled steel plate 3-8 minutes.
